What is the estimated delivery period
Typical turnaround time work for all jobs is 5-7 business days. Once the part is shipped with one of our carriers it takes 3-5 business days for delivery. you will be notified on the estimated delivery time to your business address.
What is your warranty on your used auto parts?
All of our used autoparts are guaranteed to be in satisfactory working order at the time of shipping. All parts purchased through our online store includes up to 5-year unlimited mileage parts only warranty, provided you were the original purchaser of the part and you still own the vehicle on which it was installed. This warranty cannot be transferred to anyone at any time. We offer one-time replacement of the part that has failed. All parts have to be installed within 30 days of delivery.
Parts installed on commercial use vehicles are warranted for 60 days from the date of purchase.

If any part should fail within the warranty period due to a defect in material, we will, at our option replace the part or refund your money. You will be responsible to return the part with the original invoice to us properly packed and secured for shipping. Once we receive the part we will check it for our original markings, and proceed with approval of your warranty claim.
All parts must be installed by a Certified mechanic at a licensed repair facility.
All warranty claims have to be initiated via email with a precise explanation of an issue. Additional documentation may be required.
Can I add more warranty to my part?
Yes, we also provide additional warranty at a nominal additional cost. Please don't hesitate to ask our sales team for further details.
Why was I refunded for my order placed with cash app or Zelle, I didn't cancel the order and still want the product.
If you received a refund from Cash app or Zelle and did not cancel your order, don’t worry! There is a slight delay on shipment for your order, and you will be recharged when the order is ready to be shipped. Please reach out to our sales team for further details.
How Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Shipping is free within USA. Please notify to our sales team before part is picked by our carriers. In case there is change in address after part is shipped then the cost will have to be paid by customer.
What is your order cancellation policy?
Your order can be cancelled free of charge only before the part ships out, or before 24 hours after placing the order, whichever comes first. Once your order has shipped out, you can cancel the order subject to a 30% handling fee and the cost of shipping back. Cancellation request has to be initiated via email stating the date of the request.
What can I expect from order?
You will get an engine or transmission that is 100% interchangeable for your exact order. Engines are particular for a certain model, make and year of your vehicle. We make sure your engine fits this criteria. Even though it may not come out of an exact vehicle it was ordered for per the invoice it will 100% be interchangeable.
